The Reno-Fernley Raceways Master Plan.  The Reno-Fernley Raceway master planned recreation complex, is a one of a kind unique destination resort property with nearly impossible C-2 Toursit Commercial zoning and special use permits in place, with no curfew or noise restictions Reno-Fernley Raceway is an active and ongoing motor sports business with the the current 4+ mile Road Course, 1/4 Mile Drag Strip, and 3/8 mile Clay Oval hosting over 300 events throughout the year The Project has an existing special use permit for all ammenities, and tracks included on the Master Plan, this also includes Highway Frontage Comercial, RV Park, Hotel Casino and Golf Course Reno-Fernley Raceway Facility has a mile of highway frontage exposure on State Highway 95A. State Highway 95 This is the route from Northern Nevada to Las Vegas. We are 15 minutes to either Interstate Highways 80 and 50. The Master Plan has three (3) accesses for ingress and egress on the State Highway. One access will go direct to Hotel/Casino Site as well as to The Facility. Reno-Fernley Raceway is 35 minutes from downtown Reno via Interstate 80, also 2.5 hours from Sacramento and 3.5 hours from East Bay, San Francisco. We are currently drawing cars and clubs from these areas as well as Washington State, Oregon, Idaho, Arizona, Utah and Southern California. The Hotel/Casino and Golf Course Site adjoin an existing private airport Tiger Field (N58).that is 5600 feet long, 40 feet wide and can handle small jets. Tiger Field is planned to be expanded to 60’ wide. The Master Plan will add another 1000 feet of over run, and have a plane-parking area near the Hotel with walking acces to the raceway complex. |
