The Future of Remote Work is Now

The pandemic has created drastic changes on the way people and organizations do things on a daily basis, which thrust everyone into a new phase called the “new normal.”  Everything is shifting to digital from doing menial tasks like grocery shopping to performing duties at work. Many organizations are already transitioning to a remote work setting where everything is done virtually, making work more flexible while maintaining productivity. Industry leaders agree that remote work will continue to be the norm for the medium- and long-term world of work.

The HR & Recruitment industry is likewise affected with the disruptions brought about by COVID-19.  This is true even in the context of what government and private agencies are citing that millions of jobs will be lost.  Therefore, the HR & Recruitment Industry is changing organizational and operational practices to adapt to the new normal in order to drive business continuity.  Experts are saying that attracting, hiring, retaining, and reskilling employees are achievable more than ever through the utilization of modern technology.

Viventis Search Asia, in partnership with the British Chamber of Commerce Philippines, Management Association of the Philippines, and People Management Association of the Philippines, will be hosting a webinar series entitled The Future of Remote Work is Now on August 6, 2020 from 3:00PM to 5:00PM (Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia), 2:00PM to 4:00PM (Jakarta) via Zoom. The webinar aims to discuss on how to re-architect an organization’s current strategy to remote recruiting, with technology as a catalyst to enhance recruiter and candidate experience, as well as give insights into the challenges, opportunities, and the way forward for both recruiters and applicants post pandemic.

Industry leaders, subject matter experts, and technology innovators will steer the conversation in our special webinar.  These include: Rey Untal, President & CEO of IBPAP to deliver the Keynote E-Address; Hazel Santos, Senior Manager, Site Operations Leader, Global Services of Johnson and Johnson International ROHQ; Sam Zheng, CEO & Co-Founder of Curious Thing; Max Armbruster, CEO of Talkpush; John Cooksey, Director of Affinity People; Chris Greenough, Chief Marketing Officer of Everise; and Chee Gay Lim, Executive Vice President Human Resources of TDCX. The speakers will also engage in a panel discussion to conclude and synthesize the key learnings from the session.

Webinar participants are also encouraged to join the post-webinar breakout featuring the latest HR technology platform showcase from Viventis’ roster of strategic partners Curious Thing, an AI-powered digital interviewer; Talkpush, a messaging and social media recruitment platform; and Outmatch, a predictive talent analytics platform.
