A man faces a felony charge for allegedly soliciting prostitution from a 16-year-old in Great Falls.
Corey Cannon, 21, was charged with felony aggravated promotion of prostitution in Cascade County District Court for the alleged incident.
According to charging documents, the U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations was conducting an ongoing investigation regarding Cannon, an airman at Malmstrom Air Force Base.
Special agents found messages on Cannon’s phone that indicated he was “soliciting prostitution” from a local teen, who was 16 years old at the time and is now 17.
Social media messages between Cannon and the 16-year-old began in June 2020, and Cannon allegedly solicited anal and oral sex. The messages also indicate the pair met in-person and a “sexual exchange occurred.”
Cannon admitted to soliciting the 16-year-old for prostitution on Monday.
He also allegedly provided names of other girls he had sex with while under the age of consent and indicated he has exchanged nude photos with local children, according to the affidavit.
The age of consent in Montana is 16.
The state requests a bond of $100,000, and the investigation is ongoing.
